I had a leaky/poorly fit toilet flapper that constantly made noise and eventually lead to a minor flooding incident. They were able to come take a look within 24 hours and not only fixed it, but took the time to explain exactly what happened and why the change they did would address the problem. Very satisfied with their professionalism and patience

I was having trouble with my dishwasher not draining, and Jose and Alberto were super helpful in checking it out and getting it to drain, even though it ended up being an issue with the appliance itself and not the plumbing. Further, I had a question about the handle in my shower and Jose showed me the piece I needed to buy to fix it and explained how to install it. All of that and he didn't want me to pay! I had been putting off calling anyone for a very long time, and Jose and Alberto made me feel so grateful and relieved with their great communication, honest answers, and patience. I could not recommend them more highly.

We have used Eddie with Plumber to the Rescue three times over the past two years.  They were responsive (same day appointments) and economically fixed our plumbing issues. They replaced a water heater, fixed a leaky tub and shower faucet, and a backed up kitchen drain.  Eddie is professional and really knows his trade.  They are my go-to for plumbing issues.

What a great honest guy Max is. He came by to flushing the tankless water heater. looked at it and asked have we ever clean it? I said no. He told us because of the age of the product, it might cause leaking after being flushed. If the heater still works, just keep it until you need to replace it.For sure when it's time to replace the heater he will be the guy I call for the job!!! Thanks Max!!!

I don't do a lot of reviews but Brendan and Eddie came and were so quick in fixing the problem amd checking everything out including the pressure. I was really happy with them fixing my toilet. Will use them again for future issues for sure!

Skylar was very honest and professional. I find it challenging finding plumbers that are genuine and detailed as Saucedo. I will be using Saucedo for now on.

Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

Sal is great . These guys are very professional . I called them yesterday and they came in today and took care of a big problem I've had for a while . Very low cost . Had a major backup with main line and Miguel came out, quickly assessed the situation and worked for over an hour to fix it. He has a great attitude and explained everything clearly. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Victor is an incredibly kind guy. I had a plumbing issue, gave Victor a call and he quickly helped me diagnose the problem so I could take take of it on my own. We had a leak and they came out the same day and repaired it. Fast service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Mandel took our call quickly and arrived shortly after. He was kind and very professional and explained  everything  in detail. Made quick work of the blockage and once again practiced safe covid safety. I highly recommend  his services if you have a plumbing  problem.  Most companies  didn't even  answer  when I called . Matt didn't give up. Finally unclogged that drain. Transparency about the cost, a little high but it wasn't a simple snake the drain and go.

WOW! This place is amazing!  I called in the AM and got on their schedule the same day.  The plumber came out and did not charge me to tighten the screws on the toilet seat. I plan on using them going forward for my plumbing needs.

These guys are great and super efficient. I needed an old bathroom sink and faucet replaced. They showed up on time and worked diligently on the necessary repairs. They estimated that it would take roughly 2 hours to complete the job, but they finished it under an hour! The work quality is on point and they made a point to clean up after themselves. Pleasure to deal with, will definitely be recommending these guys.

This place came to our November 2 Phillip came so professional and nice he look at the problem which was our water heater broke there was water every where, he came he did have another job, he ask us what we wanted in a water heater we told him he went out bought put it in fixed to  top where it attached put copper connections!
He was wonderful and really nice!
This is our go lot place from now on!!

Plumber was prompt, pleasant, and arrived to provide a free estimate to repair my shower diverter. He screwed the part back in and, I later learned, bent the washer and made it inoperable. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I was distracted from work and paid a $98 invoice for the damage to the diverter and received a $2,400 estimate to tear everything out. A second plumber was able to replace the broken part.

My water heater started leaking over Labor Day weekend

, I called and they came out that same day and determined that it needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate.  As it was outside and still working, I told them OK to do work next day.  They came back the next day and replaced the W H as well as the connections in about 2 hours.  Very nice work, good attention to detail.  I would recommend them.
